A few more photos from the construction of Baribal.
The stainless steel water tank is already in place. One hundred liters exactly.
The hanging boxes on the sides were mounted for testing and removed for further work.
The metal cabinet for the planar and water pump is ready. All that remains is to figure out how to elegantly extend the air ducts from it into the living compartment.
A large locker has been welded in the center at the back, and now furniture makers are conjuring their magic on a roll-out outdoor kitchen that will live in it.
And they make a folding berth at the stern.
Then only a large built-in closet will remain on the front wall, into which the planar air ducts with deflectors will be routed. There will also be small compartments for things, a shelf for a laptop, lighting, sockets, and electrical controls.
We selected places for the battery, shower head and mixer, gas water heater, diesel tank for the planar, and two five-liter gas cylinders.
Soon we will mount the living compartment on the cargo platform and prepare jacks for its removal/installation. Then we will hang the awning and shower screen.
We have already purchased leather seat covers, an overhead console with a walkie-talkie, and a soft box for luggage in the trunk.
We're trying really hard to get it done before summer. There is even one pre-booking for it :)
