We are often asked: “What to do if some kind of breakdown occurs on the road?”

The simple answer is: “The same thing you would do if you were driving your car and it broke down.”

If you have the thought in your head that “this doesn’t happen”, then you should think very carefully before booking a motorhome. A person who has traveled by car further than the neighboring village and for more than a couple of days is usually prepared for the fact that there is no such thing as eternal and unbreakable equipment. And usually he has, if not experience, then at least an approximate plan of action in such a situation.

We are not a tour operator, not a hotel, not a cruise ship. We are a motorhome rental company. Automobile tourism is primarily independent tourism. And our services are designed for independent tourists.

That is, if any malfunction occurs, you should notify us, listen to our recommendations, and then find a car repair shop or tire shop that can help you. If we know a workshop near you, we will, of course, recommend it. But we don’t have a rescue helicopter in our state, so you’ll have to act on your own.

If the malfunction is caused by normal wear and tear, or other reasons beyond your control, then bring us all receipts after the work, and we will reimburse these expenses. If your trip had to be shortened due to a breakdown, or your plans were seriously disrupted, then we will also reimburse you for part of the rental fee.

In extreme cases, we will call a tow truck and a taxi from the nearest town to you. But this should really be an extreme case. The engine fell out onto the road - it counts. A wheel that has been disassembled does not count.

Experience shows that most problems can be resolved on the spot, quickly and inexpensively. Obviously faster and cheaper than evacuating the car and crew to Novosibirsk.
